Cancellation and Refund Policy – Transit Pitch Reservations (Europacamp)
1) Scope of application
These conditions apply to any reservation of a transit pitch (tent, caravan, van, motorhome, roof tent, etc.) made with Europacamp via the website, by email, by phone, or on-site.
2) Reservation and confirmation
A reservation is considered effective once it has been confirmed by Europacamp (by email or in writing), and, where applicable, after receipt of the requested payment.
Important: reservations for accommodation and stays on a specific date are not subject to the withdrawal right applicable to online purchases (booking of accommodation services).
3) Arrival and departure times
Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
In case of late arrival, please inform us as soon as possible.
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
4) Payment
Payment terms may vary depending on the type of reservation and the period.
For reservations, payment may be required in advance (according to the confirmation received).
On-site payments are accepted in cash only.
5) Reservation modification
Any request for modification (dates, type of pitch, number of people, options, etc.) must be sent by email to info@camping-europacamp.be.
Modifications are accepted subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
6) Cancellation by the customer (cancellation fees)
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to info@camping-europacamp.be. The date of receipt of the email will be considered the official cancellation date.
Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
More than 30 days before the arrival date: full refund of the amounts paid.
Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the stay amount is due (or retained if already paid).
Less than 15 days before the arrival date: 100% of the stay amount is due (no refund).
Any bank fees or transaction fees (if applicable) may remain at the customer’s expense.
7) No-show and unreported late arrival
In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date, or a late arrival without prior notice, Europacamp reserves the right to:
release the pitch for another guest,
apply the applicable cancellation fees (up to 100% of the stay).
8) Early departure
Any early departure (for any reason) does not entitle the customer to a refund for unused nights.
9) Cancellation by Europacamp (exceptional circumstances)
In the event of exceptional circumstances (force majeure, safety requirements, administrative closure, etc.), Europacamp may offer:
a rescheduling of the stay, or
a refund of the amounts paid (excluding possible bank fees), depending on the situation.
