1. What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals are between 2pm and 7pm. Departures must be before 11.00am. In the event of late arrival, please inform us in advance.

2. Is the campsite open all year round?

The campsite is open all year round except in February. It is closed during this period for maintenance and winter storage.

3. Are pets allowed?

Yes, dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a lead and under the responsibility of their owners. Please respect the peace and quiet of other campers.

4. Do you offer pitches with electricity?

Yes, we offer pitches equipped with 6A or 10A sockets. Remember to bring a European adapter if necessary.

5. Can I rent tents, mobile homes or caravans?

Yes, the campsite offers mobile homes for hire and sometimes fully-equipped tents, depending on the season. Availability is shown when you book.

6. Is there a Wi-Fi connection available on the campsite?

Free Wi-Fi is available near reception. Partial coverage is available in certain areas of the campsite.

7. What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payment in cash, by credit card (Visa/Mastercard), and by bank transfer for advance bookings.

8. What activities can you do on site or nearby?

Europacamp is located just a stone's throw from the forest, ideal for hiking, mountain biking and wildlife watching. Nearby, you can visit the Parc à Gibier, the Basilique de Saint-Hubert, or take part in nature and sports activities in the Ardennes.

9. Is there a grocery shop or restaurant on the campsite?

In season, a small snack bar and bread shop are available. Shops are just a few minutes' drive away in the centre of Saint-Hubert.

10. Do I have to book in advance?

Reservations are strongly recommended in high season (July-August, long weekends, local events). In low season, it is possible to come without a reservation, subject to availability.
